My objective wasn't business-related. It's a personal poetry website — a passion of mine. My dilemma was how to effectively display about 100 poems with pictures and introductions … there's even an audio portion of the site. Web Design Touch sat down with me and listened to my ideas. Then, they brainstormed with me and offered their own suggestions. Their perspective on things was fresh and right on target. More than anything, I found Web Design Touch to be very good listeners. That seems to be a lost art these days — listening. But Web Design Touch is masterful at it. They don't start offering suggestions until they fully understand what it is you're looking for. I also found them to be very responsive and very communicative during the process … I didn't need to ask them for updates, they were proactive in keeping me aware of the progress of the site. What a treat! — John Cacciatore (CacciatorePoetry.net)
